Job Description
- Req#: 3293081
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the EHR system.
- Train and support clinical team members in using the system effectively.
- Collaborate with IT, clinical leadership, and vendors to optimize workflows.
- Champion process improvements and support change management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- This position requires occasional travel to campuses within the organization.
- Flexible hours may be necessary, particularly during the implementation phase.
- Work may be performed from a remote/home setting when not required onsite.
- Education: Registered Nurse (RN) with an Indiana and Ohio license; BSN preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in a senior living clinical setting; EHR experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication and teaching abilities, proficiency in EHR software (PointClickCare is a plus), and a knack for problem-solving.
