      Experienced RN Incentives:

      • Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

      • ASN to BSN Bridging Program to assist in obtaining your BSN (up to $16,000).

      Units you may float to based on experience:

      ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, all Med-Surg units, Acute Rehab and Behavioral Health.

      Qualifications:

      • Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited RN program
        • Preferred Education: BSN
      • License: Current RN license in the state of MO
      • Experience: a minimum 3 years medical surgical or critical care experience in hospital setting and have competencies equivalent to those required of core staff nurses
        • Six months of this experience should be within the last year.
      • Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
