RN House Supervisor Job Summary:The RN Administrative Supervisor is a management position responsible for directing, coordinating and providing high quality care to patients. The RN Administrative Supervisor oversees the implementation of systems for evaluation of clinical competencies, policy and procedures and performance improvement. He/she is also responsible for appropriate patient admissions based on admitting criteria developed and approved by the medical staff and administration at Los Alamitos Medical Center. This position supervises all areas and staff on one shift. Acts as a liaison between administration, medical and hospital staff. In the absence of administrative staff, the Supervisor has been delegated the accountability to make administrative decisions.

Healthy Interventions training or equivalent within three months of hire and annually thereafter required.
Pay range: $49.69 - $77.02
Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience

Qualifications
Education:Required: Academic degree in nursing.
Experience:
Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in Nursing or related field (health administration, business, public health, or management).Required: 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.
Certifications:Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.
