- Provide one-on-one nursing care in a home setting, visiting multiple patients each day.

- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
- Document changes in patient conditions and progress toward goals.
- Identify patient and family teaching needs and implement appropriate strategies.
- Monitor the quality and appropriateness of services delivered.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary team members.
- Follow agency policies for infection control, safety, and documentation standards.
- RN with Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- 1+ year of supervised clinical experience as a registered nurse
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Car and valid driver’s license

Registered Nurse – Homecare Location: Hudson County, NJ
Position Summary:We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Homecare team in Hudson County, NJ. This role is responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients, supporting their health and well-being through compassionate, community-based care.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $78,734.56 to USD $152,400.00. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
