Schedule: Full-time 40 hours/week; Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p (subject to change); No weekend or holidays
Location: This position will work at multiple locations:
· Bolingbrook Hospital – 500 Remington Blvd, Bolingbrook, IL
· GlenOaks Hospital – 701 Winthrop Ave, Glendale Heights, IL
· Hinsdale Hospital - 120 N Oak Street, Hinsdale, IL
· La Grange Hospital - 5101 Willow Springs Rd, La Grange, IL
The role you’ll contribute:
Provides health care services to the organization's employees in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
· Provides treatment for job related injuries and illnesses.
· Conducts pre-employment health screenings and immunization clinics.
· Ensures compliance with applicable workplace safety laws and regulations. May also conduct safety training programs.
· Provides employee counseling and referrals for occupational injuries and illnesses as well as other health-related matters.
· Monitors trends and causes of employee safety events and works with colleagues to identify areas of safety risk.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required
· At least 5 years of nursing experience preferred
· Nursing experience with employee health preferred
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION:
· BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
· Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
