What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide medical case management to individuals through coordination with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers
- Evaluate patient's treatment plan for appropriateness, medical necessity, and cost-effectiveness
- Discuss treatment plans with physicians and recommend alternate options
- Implement care by coordinating the delivery of medical equipment and services
- Make independent medical decisions and recommendations to all parties involved

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Colorado
- Bachelor's degree required, BSN desirable
- Current RN Licensure in state of operation
- 3 or more years of recent clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation
- URAC recognized Case Management certification required to be obtained within 3 years of hire
- Strong clinical background in orthopedics, neurology, or rehabilitation preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a CIRS or CCM preferred
- Strong cost containment background, such as utilization review or managed care helpful
