What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Serve as the primary point of contact for beneficiaries and their families, building trusted relationships
- Conduct behavioral and clinical assessments and develop tailored care plans
- Educate beneficiaries on autism and related co-morbid diagnoses
- Coordinate and collaborate with care providers to ensure cohesive care plans
- Participate in medical team conferences with primary and specialty care providers

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse, Certified Case Manager, Clinical Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Minimum of 5 years of active practice in pediatrics, behavioral health, and/or ASD
- Case Management and Discharge planning experience (Preferred)
- Utilization Management & Managed Care experience (Preferred)
- Strong computer skills and excellent communication and organization skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience in case management or customer service in a healthcare-related field
