      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Serve as a trusted point of contact for beneficiaries and their families
      - Conduct assessments and develop tailored care plans
      - Educate beneficiaries on ASD and related diagnoses
      - Coordinate medical and behavioral health services
      - Collaborate with care providers to ensure cohesive plans and treatment

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Registered Nurse, Certified Case Manager, Clinical Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a current unrestricted license
      - Minimum of 5 years of active practice in pediatrics, behavioral health, and/or ASD
      - Computer proficiency
      - Excellent communication and organization skills
      - High tolerance for change

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Case Management and Discharge planning experience
      - Utilization Management & Managed Care experience
