      • Academic Year: at least 12 hours per week, based on operational needs.
      • Scheduling is flexible and based on academic availability and operational needs.
      • Summer hours may be available.

      Salary/Wage Range:

      Hourly $15.00 to $15.00

      Position Summary/Job Duties:

      The Robot Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing and expediting the Starship food delivery program in Dining and Culinary Services. Student employees work with the Starship robots to deliver food to customers.

      • Ensure order accuracy by verifying each order is correct and is sent out in a robot.
      • Oversee order processing by notifying the customer via the Starship app.
      • Manage the technology needed to complete each order (phone, iPad, printers.)
      • Maintain each robot's cleanliness.
      • Act as a customer service representative of Dining & Culinary Services.
      • Other duties as assigned

      Qualifications:

      • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
      • Attention to detail and organization
      • Ability to creatively problem solve

      Physical Demands

      Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
