- Operate robotic welder and set up new jobs on all cells.
- Ensure efficient production operation with the ability to meet proven job rates.
- Troubleshoot faults experienced during automated production.
- Perform part inspections and quarantine non-conforming parts while labeling them accurately.
- Record job progress data accurately, both handwritten and through the ERP system.
- Recognize defects in welds and perform spot checks.
- Stop production if parts are created incorrectly.
- Opportunity to learn hand welding if candidates show promise and interest in developing those skills.
- Experience in welding and production welding.
- Machine operation and production skills.
- Knowledge of MIG welding and MIG welder operations.
- Familiarity with robotics and laser technology.
- Minimum tenure of 6+ months in the most recent position.
- Consistent job tenure of 1 year or more in industrial or production positions.
- 1+ year experience in production, manufacturing, or machine operation environment.
- Preferred experience of 1+ year in setting up robotic welding cells.
Robotic Welding Operator -- 1st and 2nd shift -- Weekly Pay!
Pay: $18 - $21 per hour
The purpose of the Robotic Welding Operator role is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all robotically automated welding cells. This position contributes to leveling the workload in the welding department to reduce the need for overtime. Team members are responsible for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of all automated cells, with potential for team expansion based on workload and performance. Candidates will operate robotic welders, set up new jobs, and ensure efficient production operation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
