- Evaluate business processes to determine if a case is viable for Robotics based on overall complexity and availability of data for the bot to process
- Oversee completion of necessary approvals to automate each process
- Lead communications to resolve integration / cross product dependencies
- Collaborate with Process Owners, Finance, and Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A) to drive Bot and Product level financials
- Ensure proper controls / oversight are executed across bot ideation phase
- Participate in design reviews, led by Performance Consulting, to ensure designs and scope are consistent with approved business cases
- Support product leadership in Ad-hoc reporting tasks; Provide executive updates regarding the Robotics Product execution pipeline
- 5-7 years Product / Automation or related experience
- Strong analytical skills with interest in automation tools / technologies
- Experience with automation or process discovery tools is desired but not required
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, exceptional relationship building, and influencing skills; ability to effectively partner and communicate with various levels up/down and across the organization
- Demonstrated strong problem solving skills, especially in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated fluency across operations and technology environments
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience with Agile is desired but not required
- Strong user of Microsoft suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in creation of PowerPoint slides to facilitate executive updates
- Good public speaking and presentation skills in front of C Level Executives

The Robotics Operations and Innovation Product provides oversight to the execution of the CCB Operations investment agenda, leadership through Project Management, Technology Portfolio Management, Operational Change Readiness, Innovation Strategy, and Innovation Execution. The Robotics Product sits within Business Operations and is responsible for identifying and delivering automated solutions that simplify processes, eliminate inefficiencies, improve customer and employee experience, and enhance controls in CCB Operations.
As a member of the Robotics Product team, you will be accountable for overseeing Robotics opportunities and ensuring cases are ready for development. Additionally, you will support Robotics leadership requests supporting product Run the Engine tasks and Executive reporting. We do operate in a hybrid working environment, where the team is onsite M/T/TH and remote W/F.
