      What You Will Do:

      As a Robotic Clinical Support Specialist for our Mako & Enabling Technologies business, you will maintain deep clinical and technical expertise across our Mako robotic portfolio. You’ll provide proactive verbal and written support to our field teams—including Mako Product Specialists, Field Service Engineers, Clinical Trainers, Sales, and Segmentation—while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure our products exceed service, quality, and performance expectations. You'll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and clinical outcomes, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to influence the evolution of future-state Mako technologies. Your ability to build trusted relationships and deliver exceptional support will be central to our mission of making healthcare better. Respond to clinical application questions and support requests from Field Service Engineers (FSE), Mako Product Specialist (MPS), Customer Service Representatives (CSR), Sales, and Segmentation Specialists via telephone, email or in-person.

      *This is a hybrid role with requirements to be in office 3 days per week.

      On-Site Location:

      *If selected candidate resides in FL, position will be based in 3365 Enterprise Ave, Weston, FL

      *If selected candidate resides outside FL, position will be based in 4675 E Cotton Center Blvd, Phoenix, AZ

      Shift: Monday - Friday

      *If employee is based in FL, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET

      *If employee is based in AZ, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM ET = 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM local time (MT) or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM local time (MT) depending on Daylight Savings

      • Provide expert-level, on-site surgical support as a certified Mako Product Specialist to drive clinical excellence.
      • Champion the voice of the customer by sharing insights that shape future product and application improvements.
      • Identify training needs for surgeons and hospital staff, working closely with our training team to enhance learning programs.
      • Manage and enhance telecom and support ticketing systems to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
      • Contribute valuable content to our global knowledge base, helping both domestic and international users thrive.
      • Partner with Marketing and Customer Advocacy teams to document customer feedback and drive continuous innovation.
      • Represent Stryker at industry trade shows and live demo events, showcasing the power of our technology.
      • Support product and software validation efforts, always putting the end user experience at the center.
      • Stay sharp by building deep knowledge of our implant systems and collaborating with training to keep product skills fresh.

      What You Will Need:

      Required:

      • Bachelor’s degree

      Preferred:

      • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following STEM fields: Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Neuroscience
      • Previous experience as a clinical specialist or application support specialist
      • Experience in the orthopedic implant or robotics industry
      • Experience in technical or medical device/application support
      • Demonstrated advanced computer skills (a strong understanding of MS Office, cloud software, and 3D planning applications)

      Travel Percentage: 10%
