      Job Opportunity: Maintenance Tech Level 5 AND ORRobotics Technician

      Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech Level 5 or Robotics Technician to perform advanced maintenance and troubleshooting on plant equipment. This role involves preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance tasks, focusing on electrical, electromechanical, robotics, and controls systems.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Perform advanced maintenance on AC/DC control circuitry, PLCs, microprocessor controls, power distribution systems, and more.

      Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electromechanical, robotics, and controls failures.

      Conduct minor mechanical adjustments and equipment/part replacements.

      Required Qualifications:

      5-10 years of experience in troubleshooting automated and robotic manufacturing equipment.

      Proficiency in reading and interpreting machine manuals, electrical blueprints, and process control diagrams.

      Experience with ladder logic, 480V electric motor wiring, and 120V/24V DC motor control circuits.

      Skilled in programming and troubleshooting VFDs, PLCs, and HMIs.

      Knowledge of RS Logix, C Logix, and SLC/Micro Logix programming platforms.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      Experience in the food and beverage industry (preferred but not required )

      Mechanical drive experience and precision measurement tool usage.

      Familiarity with AC/DC, servo motors, limit/proximity switches, photo-electric sensors, and solenoid valves.

      Experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens systems.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $72800.00/yr.
