      Job Description

      Customer Service / ROI Specialist

      At Iron Mountain, our Customer Service / ROI Specialist are required to focus specifically on the role of Customer Service and processing requests for medical records.       Location: 3000 2nd Avenue South Birmingham, AL 35233

      Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (No Weekends)

      Pay: 16.25 per hour + Benefits day 1 of employment

      Requirements and Competencies:

      • Customer Service / ROI Specialist is to focus specifically on the role of Customer Service Representative.

      • Answer phone calls from requesters, look up request details in the online system for status check updates.

      Experience:

      • 1-3 years of Customer Service experience in a Healthcare environment REQUIRED

      • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in health information management or a release of information role.
