- Read and interpret blueprints effectively.
- Operate all hand and power tools associated with roofing tasks.
- Work on a very low slope roof, technically considered flat.
- Utilize lift equipment with a harness and lanyard.
- Minimum of 3 years of roofing experience.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Proficiency in operating hand and power tools.
- Experience in lift truck operation.
- Construction and carpentry skills.
- Experience with siding and rough carpentry.
- Ability to measure accurately using a tape measure.
Roofer - Fenton, MI
Job Description
Join a dynamic commercial roofing project requiring skilled professionals with over three years of roofing experience. This project involves a substantial 200,000 sq ft roof installation with a half on twelve pitch and a 40ft eave, where you will be responsible for installing 6" insulation panels and metal roofs.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
