      EverCommerce’s EverPro vertical offers cloud-based solutions for home and field services professionals. In this role, you’ll own all product decision making for RoofSnap our roof measurement and estimating tool. With RoofSnap our mission is to win more jobs for roofers by giving them a fast measurement estimate tool that is simple and easy to use. EverPro’s Home Improvement solutions help remodelers and home improvement professionals be more successful by improving how they attract, service, and engage customers. Our platforms (in conjunction) automate and streamline lead management, appointment setting, estimating, sales follow-up, project management, and business intelligence.       The EverPro Home Improvement team is seeking a Leader of Product and Design who will be involved in every aspect of our SaaS product led growth strategy, planning, and delivery process. You will work with customers (roofing contractors), company leadership, and cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional user experience. Using PLG principles, you will be responsible for delivering results that include user acquisition, retention, functionality adoption, and monetization. We’re looking specifically for someone who has experience working in a PLG organization that can help us drive next level results for our roofing product line. This role will be the manager for the RoofSnap Product designer.

      Our ideal candidate is passionate about building quality products that deliver business and user value and have a proven track record for turning ideas into solutions. You have strong SaaS and/or mobile application and/or product growth experience. You want to interact with customers and partner within all areas of our organization to develop solutions to solve customer business challenges.

      Responsibilities:

      • Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of the business problem that roofers experience every day. Align the RoofSnap product to solve this problem with an easy user experience. More specifically, collect feedback/talk to users and leverage this information to drive product decisions

      • Lead product discussions, partnering closely with leaders across the business to ensure that customer voices are heard, and needs are met

      • Create product led growth experimentation strategy and prioritize focus for engineering teams

      • Identify, define and execute the product growth roadmap to increase user activations, engagement, retention, and conversion from free to paid

      • Lead a cross-functional team of designers, developers and marketers to generate innovative solutions and execute on them

      • Use MVPs, prototypes, and experiments to learn rapidly and make data-informed decisions

      • Partner with tech leads to ensure the development teams are delivering timely and quality releases and executing against a forward roadmap to position the product for success

      • Leverage product analytics and customer research to frame and prioritize initiatives

      • Identify OKRs to track and measure with a focus on iteration and constant improvement

      • Author epics and stories to drive product development

      Skills and experience we are seeking:

      • 2+ years of PLG product management experience

      • 7+ years of experience in high growth SaaS environment working in a product/design/engineering role

      • Customer obsessed and passionate about discovering and understanding customer insights

      • Bias for action and a strong test & iterate approach focused on driving usage and revenue growth

      • Experience with SaaS product conversion optimization

      • Solid business analysis skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor and motivate team members

      • Able to generate quantitative insights both by yourself by leveraging BI tools (like Looker) and by working closely with the product analytics team

      • Must be comfortable in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous work situations Strong initiative, keen attention to detail, and complex problem-solving abilities Experience in Agile development methodologies

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      • Experience building products in the home improvement /home services industry is a plus

      Where:

      The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia . With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position , and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

      Compensation: EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000 USD Per Year USD. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
