- Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites according to established standards and procedures.
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, making beds, replenishing amenities, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Ensure all guest supplies and amenities are stocked and replenished as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
- Adhere to safety and security procedures and regulations.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service to guests.
