In this role, you'll:
We have an exciting opportunity for several Rostering Officers to join on a permanent basis focusing on delivering the Day of Operations roster for Train Crew support staff.
In addition to resourcing of support staff within our business you will also deliver the day of operations roster to ensure optimal utilisation of crew resources in line with compliance, workplace agreements and award terms and conditions. This is a fast-paced role where the successful candidate will need to think about forward planning and day-to-day operations to ensure the business is running as effectively and smoothly as possible.

About you
You’re a team player with excellent attention to detail, problem solving skills, and commitment to customer service. You can demonstrate that you thrive in a collaborative, team environment, possess strong communication skills and an ability to use necessary computers, systems and applications such as Optcrew or similar, to perform the rostering task.
Previous experience and knowledge of rostering a large workforce within a 24/7 operational environment, and understanding of fatigue management is essential.
To be successful in the role you need to be able to work shift work with moderate levels of overtime.
