- Conduct comprehensive occupational assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
- Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, both individual and group-based.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and well-being.
- Advocate for service users, ensuring inclusive, person-centred care that aligns with their goals and aspirations.
- Contribute to the development of evidence-based practice within occupational therapy.
- Participate in clinical audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration (or pending registration).
- A proactive and compassionate professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to assess occupational needs and deliver effective interventions.
- A keen interest in mental health, social inclusion, and recovery-focused care.
- The ability to work flexibly across different locations, adapting to various clinical settings.
