- Develop and implement solutions that focus on reducing lead time throughout value stream
- Actively use continuous improvement tools and Lean Systems design to continuously improve value stream
- Reduce cost by eliminating waste related to the supply chain and returnables management
- Develops standardized work in respective area for Material Flow Center (MFC) associates
- Develop, update, and maintain various Plan for Every Part worksheets (PFEPs)
- Facilitate and recommend departmental layouts that optimize material flow and support continuous improvement projects
- Actively pursue new systems, technologies, and the drive for a connected value stream (including but not limited to: Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGV), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), etc.
- Provide logistics support on cross-functional teams including Lean Line Designs (LLD)
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- 3.0 Cumulative GPA minimum
- One completed internship, co-op, or six months full-time relevant work experience related to your field in logistics, manufacturing, or other related technical field
- Geographically mobile: Candidate must be willing and able to relocate multiple times within the U.S and a possible rotation abroad.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience with self-managed teams
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to lead groups and delegate tasks
- Must be flexible (welcome and adaptable to change), including working hours
- Follow-up effectively to insure successful implementation
- Demonstrate discipline and consistency regarding adherence to established standards, policies, and procedures

Job Description
Bosch offers an excellent Rotational Development Program (RDP) that is tailor-made for Bachelor's and Master's candidates. This 24-month entry-level rotational program is designed to provide you with professional and leadership opportunities throughout the Logistics Team. The Rotational Development Program consists of three or four rotations spanning 24 months that are customized for you. You will gain extensive experience of working with varied work teams and environments. In addition, you will be assigned an executive mentor to provide professional coaching and career guidance, and a peer mentor to help you navigate through the program. Also, you will have the opportunity to participate in structured networking events and targeted training to gain leadership exposure.
