- Learn and support web, mobile, cloud, custom developed and/or enterprise applications and tools within an enterprise environment
- Participate in application configuration, analysis, and management, including:
- Access administration, user governance and licensing
- Security, issue resolution, patching and performance monitoring
- Reliability, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity
- Elicit, analyze, refine, and document business or system requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and/or specifications for new application features or enhancements
- Participate in Business Process improvement activities
- Assist with project management activities for small projects or releases
- Liaise with the technical organization to determine the priority, timing, and cost of projects or releases
- Participate in the project planning, scoping, and execution of projects and releases
- Create test cases, automated test scripts and perform software testing of web and mobile applications
- Participate in end-user testing activities
- Train users on enterprise systems
- Provide application end user support
- Participate in application development, configuration, customization, and testing
- Create or modify programs using C#, Ruby, JavaScript, SQL, Visualforce/Apex or other similar languages and participate in code reviews
- Participate in gathering user stories and functional requirements
- Analyze and fix software defects
- Build or modify Power BI reports, data models, datasets
- Analyze business process potentials for streamlining and improvements or efficiencies
- Meet regularly with internal customers to solicit feedback on needs
- Participate in writing technical specifications for programming projects
- Handle documentation and change management of custom code
- Perform automated and manual software testing and code reviews
- Participate in the project planning, scoping, and execution of projects and releases
- Provide technical support of global enterprise infrastructure systems and public cloud platforms from vendors such as VMware, Nutanix, Cisco, Microsoft, Citrix, and Amazon
- Provide technical support for a global end-user community and their hardware/software
- Document system requirements, define scope and objectives, and create system specifications
- Analyze and recommend solutions, upgrades, and services for streamlining processes and systems
- Support multiple locations worldwide which might require occasional “off shift” work
- Complete IT operational tasks, project tasks, and end-user support duties as assigned
- Maintain accurate and updated documentation while performing essential job duties
- Assist other analysts with troubleshooting and fulfillment processes
- High school diploma required
- Professional work experience in an IT role preferred
- College degree preferred

(US01) Location: Naples, FL New graduates with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or in a related field, please check out this exciting full-time two-year rotational IT program! Two openings now available on the Analyst and Software Engineering tracks.
This position is designed for a new technology professional to come on campus and be exposed to various areas of our IT department through a rotational program. This program is tailored based on background, experience, and education with a candidate placed initially on one of 3 core IT tracks: Analyst, Software Engineering, or Infrastructure. Through the course of the two-year program, the employee will rotate through four 6-month rotations, working full-time as a member of each assigned team. Three of the rotations will be directly tied to the elected core track, and the fourth rotation will be a position within one of the other two tracks. The interesting and challenging assignments will be augmented with training and mentoring to accelerate and grow skills as an IT professional. At the conclusion of the 2-year development program, the candidate will work with their program advisor to identify and be placed into their new position within the IT Organization.
