      Overview

      SARASOTA, FL (NATIONWIDE SEARCH) - Lovely HNW family is seeking 2 experienced ROTATIONAL NANNIES for their newborn baby girl, due mid-July. Mom and Dad will be first-time parents and are seeking a team of providers to provide loving care for their baby girl. They are seeking a candidate with significant newborn experience and who is comfortable with overnights.

      The schedule is 2 weeks on/2 weeks off for 24/7 care and the family would like the candidate to be local, or willing to relocate. The family does not wish to fly in candidates at this time. The nanny should be comfortable working overnights and can sleep when the baby sleeps. Initially, the nanny will sleep in the baby's room or with the monitor. The family provides a private bedroom and bathroom until the baby sleeps through the night.

      Duties include all child-related care, cleaning bottles, diapering, feeding, organizing and keeping baby spaces tidy, ensuring the baby has all items stocked, and the baby's laundry. The perfect candidate has a calm personality and is kind, honest, and reliable.

      The candidates should be comfortable signing an NDA. There is a small dog in the home who needs little to no care. The family travels 25-30% of their life and need candidates who are open and comfortable traveling with the family. There is no need for a passport at this time.

      Benefits include PTO + Sick Days + Monthly Healthcare Stipend + Relocation Assistance. Start date is July 10, 2024. Pay is $120-170k gross annually via payroll based on experience.
