- To comprehend and work within the Trusts policies of data protection, confidentiality, equal opportunities and Health and Safety to meet the differing needs of patients. Research and Development awareness.

Job summary
The Rochdale Care Organisation of the Northern Care Alliance is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, motivated Physiotherapist with excellent clinical, communication, organisational and time management skills to join our community rotational Band 5 workforce.

Main duties of the job
You will:o Deliver high standard evidence based care o Perform therapy assessments of patients, providing a diagnosis to develop and deliver an individualised treatment programmeo Hold responsibility for their own caseload, working under supervision
A flexible approach to day to day tasks is essential, in order to meet the demands of the service.Applicants will be expected to travel when necessary to participate in providing community services, so access to transport is essential.
