Job Description
- Req#: ROUTE001255
- Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems.
- Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers.
- Provide on-call emergency service.
- Collect customer payments and consistently follow-up to ensure accounts are current.
- Deliver and pick-up chemicals.
- Build rapport with decision makers.
- Resolve customer concerns.
- Train customers on proper usage of cleaners & sanitizers.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases.
- Extensive paid training for our Route Service Technicians who deliver valuable service to customers every day.

- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Be able to work in a fast paced, energetic, physical position.
- Ability to safely drive a company vehicle.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Driving or mechanical experience preferred
- May be required to ascend/descend stairs at the branch and customer locations.
