EDUCATIONAL SERVICE UNIT #3 JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Routines Based Early Intervention Coach Job Code: 7560 Number of Days Worked: Hourly, Casual Employee, As Needed Department: Student Services FLSA Status: Exempt – At Will Immediate Supervisor: Executive Director of Student Services Staff Supervised: None Essential Requirements: Current Early Intervention Provider or Services Coordinator within the Planning Region Team #3 and/or Metro Omaha area. No history of child abuse or negligence Must be sensitive to ESU#3 and School District confidentiality matters Understand and comply with the ESU#3 Board of Education Personnel Policies and Employee Handbook Successfully pass required background checks. Regular and dependable in person attendance is required and is considered a condition of employment Essential Responsibilities: Coaching of Routines Based Early Intervention (RBEI) strategies: Conduct review of videos and/or in-person RBEI strategies for assigned staff in Planning Region Team #3 Utilize the recommended tools, rubrics, and resources to determine fidelity of RBEI strategies for assigned staff Provide feedback, suggestions, and support to assigned staff to assist them in meeting the fidelity requirements of RBEI strategies. Participate in leadership discussions and data analysis to recommend additional training needs of the Planning Region Team. Participate in additional training opportunities to further knowledge and skills of RBEI. Communicate the status of fidelity for assigned staff with Planning Region Team #3 leadership and/or district administration as requested. Submit required timesheet documentation to ESU #3 in a timely manner. At Will Employment: Employment with ESU #3 is not for any period of time, and employment may be terminated at any time at the convenience of the terminating party, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
