What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the subject matter expert in routing and switching, providing technical support to customers and healthcare institutions
- Deliver, deploy, and integrate software solutions for complex IT systems in hospital environments
- Apply industry standard practices and Philips implementation methods to all customers
- Resolve technical issues and provide proactive technical support while documenting solutions for future reference
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and driving innovation based on customer feedback

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of professional working experience in IT technologies or electronics industry
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or related field
- Ability to work in various environments, including remote, office, and hospital settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators
- Completion of one or more Cisco certification courses such as ENCOR, DCAC9K, IP6FD, ICM, CSCGW
