- Proficiency in designing, developing and maintaining solutions within the Power Platform ecosystem, with a focus on Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) and Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven).
- Ability to look beyond the technical requirements to understand the business value and discuss solutions directly with the end users to ensure satisfaction with your deliveries.
- Strong social skills and comfortability with presenting solutions in both technical and non-technical settings.
- Experience with estimating the development effort for your technical solutions.
- Knowledge on requirements gathering and testing.
- Ensure that your solutions are scalable and secure.
- Experience with: SQL, Power BI, Azure, Blue Prism, UiPath
- Microsoft certifications within Power Platform
- Blue Prism certifications
- Experience in Power Virtual Agent
- Azure DevOps and Agile Methodology/SAFe
- Power Automate, Power Apps, Blue Prism
- Project leadership and management skills
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft’s Power Platform with focus on SharePoint, Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Excellent communication skills and experience with presenting technical solutions to stakeholders with varying degree of technical knowledge.
- Eager to learn and develop new technical skills
- Staying updated on new features and opportunities within the automation area.

Role – Power Platform Developer

We are already providing IT services and support to Alfa Laval companies around the world, and we are now expanding our operations to meet future demands.
Alfa Laval has invested in a ‘Global IT Delivery Centre’ in Pune with the vision to expand and deliver IT services as an extension to our global teams located in Sweden, Denmark and the USA. We focus on cost-effective solutions and improved performance to create a unique Alfa Laval experience!
Who are we looking for
We are looking for a new team member to join our automation team. In this role you will be responsible for developing, optimizing and maintaining business critical software automation flows (mainly using Power platform and Blue Prism). This will require technical capabilities within the previously mentioned platforms but also excellent communication skills to be able to lead and deliver end-to-end projects in a global business setting.
