      Job title: Automation (RPA) Maintenance Analyst

      Location: Preston

      Salary: £33,000+ Depending on experience

      What you’ll be doing:

      · Managing the Control Room within the RPA Delivery area

      · Collaborating with Product Owners to strengthen Bot metrics

      · Monitor performance of automated processes and report statistics to the RPA team and stakeholder community

      · Work with the RPA technical lead to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

      · Collaborating with RPA Technical to solidify RPA Infrastructure and software in correlation with RPA Development

      · Providing metric and statistical analysis on Bot performance

      · Handle and manage Live issues within a ticket system to be handled by RPA Developers

      · Manage stakeholder expectations

      Your skills and experiences:

      Essential:

      · Experience of working with automation platforms such as Automation Anywhere V11 & A360

      · Experience utilising RPA (Development/Control Room) Service delivery experience

      Desirable:

      · Experience applying Lean-Six-Sigma principles for continuous improvement

      · Experience presenting technical information to Product Owners

      · Experience working with Microsoft Excel/Power BI (Preferred)

      · I.T. qualification (Preferred)

      · Automation Anywhere (AA) certification (Preferred)

      · ITIL 4 certificate (Preferred)
