      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate reporting activities for the RPM team within the PDS COE
      - Lead and participate in meetings to discuss process improvements and change management
      - Manage client communications and ensure expectations are met
      - Develop and enhance processes related to move management
      - Collaborate with external partners and maintain confidentiality of client records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a related field
      - 4 - 6 years of experience in move management, project management, or related field
      - Proficient in project management and change management technology tools
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with facility management systems such as Corrigo or FMS
      - Familiarity with space planning concepts and architectural drawings
      - Ability to interact with executive-level leadership
      - Experience in a client-focused, results-driven organization
