      Job Description/ Responsibilities

      Job Summary

      We are seeking a highly skilled Archer resource with Third Party, Archer Engage, and API experience of 10 to 14 years to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in RSA Archer eGRC and will be responsible for managing geospatial projects. This role is hybrid, with day shifts and no travel required. The Geospatial Manager will play a crucial role in leveraging geospatial data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

      Responsibilities

      - Lead the development and implementation of geospatial strategies to support organizational goals. - Oversee the integration of RSA Archer eGRC solutions to enhance governance, risk, and compliance processes. - Provide expert guidance on GRC strategy and implementation to ensure alignment with industry best practices. - Manage and optimize geospatial data to support decision-making and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of geospatial solutions. - Develop and maintain documentation for geospatial processes and systems. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous quality control measures. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of geospatial systems and recommend improvements. - Train and mentor team members on geospatial tools and techniques. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in geospatial technology. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to geospatial data management. - Support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives through effective geospatial solutions. - Oversee the planning and execution of geospatial projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes. - Provide technical expertise in RSA Archer eGRC to support geospatial data management and analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial data into business processes and decision-making. - Develop and implement geospatial data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency. - Lead the development of geospatial data models and analytical tools to support business objectives. - Conduct spatial analysis and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders. - Manage the maintenance and updating of geospatial databases and systems. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for geospatial data management. - Train and mentor team members on geospatial technologies and methodologies. - Coordinate with external vendors and partners to acquire and integrate geospatial data. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of geospatial systems and make recommendations for improvements. - Support the development of geospatial strategies and initiatives to enhance business operations. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders. -
