      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Clean, organize, and analyze large, multilevel datasets including surveillance/cancer registry data and longitudinal data
      - Develop and maintain research gathering, retrieval, and reporting systems
      - Participate in the design of analyses and tabulation of research data
      - Co-author and may lead-author scientific manuscripts
      - Contribute to the development of grant proposals for the Research Program

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a related area and 3+ years of relevant experience
      - Academic background and recognized expertise in geography or epidemiology
      - Skills in project management
      - Excellent oral and writing communication skills
      - Thorough skills in statistical analysis and systems programming

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with preparing reports, manuscript writing, and support grant proposals
      - Outstanding skills in manipulating and analyzing large-scale GIS data
      - Programming experiences in ArcGIS, R, STATA, and/or SAS
      - Self-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
