      Overview

      As Local Corporate Coverage manager you are responsible to cover and manage subsidiaries based in the US, of foreign domiciled or headquartered corporate clients. You’ll cover subsidiaries across the Corporate Bank Product suite. This entails responsibilities for maintaining client revenue within your portfolio, acting as the Accountable Client Owner as part of the Bank’s Know-Your-Client (KYC) process, and facilitating connectivity and service for all Corporate Bank’s products. In your role as Local Corporate Coverage manager, you’ll have access to Deutsche Bank’s global network and will be working closely together with the global coverage team, including both the local subsidiaries and the group headquarters. By developing a good understanding of the client’s business and their Corporate Bank product needs, you’ll drive our client centric approach and relationship success.

      What You’ll Do

      • Manage a client portfolio of local subsidiary corporate clients to improve client intimacy, increase share of wallet regarding Corporate Bank products (Cash Management, Trade Finance, Credit, Investment Solutions, Foreign Exchange, Rates, and Trust & Agency Services)

      • Structure, initiate and coordinate transactions across departments, product groups and other stakeholders, manage dependencies and expectations and ensure flawless execution

      • Be first line of defense on Credit and Non-Financial Risk (including KYC)

      • Coordinate the client relationship with a wide-spread network of internal and external stakeholders

      • Be an entrepreneur for your client portfolio and anticipate your clients’ needs to maintain relationships and drive revenue generation

      Skills You’ll Need

      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance or Business Administration

      • Proven experience in the banking industry and Cash Management

      • Well experienced in interacting with clients at C-Suite Level

      • Fluent in English with other languages a plus (German)

      Expectations

      It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

      The salary range for this position in New York City is $80K to $125K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
