      Product Summary

      The MeasureAble product is a quality measures solution that combines complete data, measures, visualizations, and workflows (measurement, improvement, and submission) into one comprehensive system. MeasureAble calculates performance, displays a measure performance dashboard, and a submission engine that submits data to payers—creating a single, authoritative source of truth, starting with quality data aggregated by the Health Catalyst Data Operating System (DOS™)

      Who You Are

      You are looking to utilize your experience and skills to develop, build and maintain the MeasureAble solution within an extremely talented software engineering team. You are driven to consistently refine your skills and are comfortable delivering advanced technically challenging initiatives utilizing Ruby on Rails.


      Responsibilities:

      • Implement new features and resolve issues utilizing: Ruby on Rails, Postgres, containers, AWS
      • Monitor reliability and performance of relevant systems
      • Write and maintain tests
      • Proactively identify and participate in improving code and application functionality
      • Support and develop integrations with a modern cloud-native data lake platform
      • Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full-stack development tools and technologies
      • Actively participate in a team-based Agile environment, collaborating closely with other developers, working with product managers, user-experience designers, data science and modelling specialists


      Basic Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering discipline, or equivalent level of professional competency
      • At least 5 years' experience with Ruby on Rails full stack development
      • At least 3 years’ experience using CI/CD and DevOps tools

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • 3+ years’ experience with AWS services
      • 3+ years’ experience with containerization services, preferably Docker
      • 3+ years’ experience working with relational databases, preferably Postgres
      • 3+ years’ bringing new commercial product features to production


      Information Security and Compliance Responsibilities:

      - Maintain compliance with training directives required by the organization pertaining to Information Security, Acceptable Use Policy and HIPAA Privacy and Security.
      - Adhere to and comply with the organizations Acceptable Use Policy.
      - Safeguard information system assets by identifying and reporting potential and actual security events to the organizations Security and Compliance Officers.
