  We are looking for a talented Machinist to join our team specializing in manufacturing for our Engine Business Segment Segment in Rocky Mount, NC.

  In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
  
  

  · Operates machines and production equipment

  · Identifies and controls non-conforming material.

  · Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations.

  · Achieves production goals.

  · Participates actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

  · Raises issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.

  Education, Licenses, Certifications
  
  High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  Experience

  · Minimal or no work experience required.

  
  
  Additional Information

  · Basic math required

  · Part handling/Loading / Hoppers

  · Cleaning / Blowing off parts / Delivery to CMM Lab

  · Tool changes, Gauging, visual inspection checks

  Compensation and Benefits

  Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
