      The RV Service Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the service department, keep databases organized and updated frequently, assist with preparation of payroll and reports, monitor progress of units and update records, and perform additional duties as assigned. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, loves working independently, and has a focus on continuous improvement.       ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Assist Service Director and Assistant Service Manager with various assigned tasks.
      • Assist with Elite processes and implementation.
      • Maintain and monitor cash schedule.
      • Audit service spreadsheets for accuracy and content
      • Monitor and report on Work In Progress (WIP)
      • Assist new hires with onboarding paperwork and required training.
      • Step in when needed to other office roles when shorthanded.
      • Additional duties as assigned.


      WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
      • Required to perform work inside at the shop division location.
      • Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending, or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
      • Manual dexterity, fine manipulation, and the ability to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 25 lbs.
      • Normal range of hearing and vision.


      REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
      • High School diploma or equivalent.
      • Valid driver's license
      • Good standing MVR.
      • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
      • Working knowledge of Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
      • Experience with dealership software is a plus.
      • Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
