Job Description:
Rx Field Sales Specialist:
- Fuel the growth of Specialty, Vaccine, Generic and Branded Rx sales
- Provide sales expertise, growth tools, and communication for new product launches and initiatives
- Collaborate with Account Managers and customers to increase sales and conversions
- Take financial responsibility for sales revenue and meet/exceed annual sales goals
- Represent the Rx organization and promote cross-functional collaboration
- Establish strong relationships with the field sales force and provide superior service
- Assist account managers with pricing and reimbursement questions
- Develop and execute training and product launch programs
- Serve as a liaison between Sales and the Rx category management and support teams
- Represent Rx in strategic customer meetings
- Identify and assist with product conversions to provide value to customers
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Serve as a feedback loop and voice of the customer
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with primary care and/or extended care markets and customers
- Ability to take ownership, influence others, and drive sales process
- Proven experience working in complex situations and negotiating with senior level decision makers
- Ability to strategically build relationships with sales leadership, customers, and internal business partners
- Capable of quickly learning new products and processes
- Ability to train and educate the sales force on product offerings
- Solid understanding of cost and margin structures
- Enthusiastic about presenting in front of groups
- Located remotely within designated regions with willingness to travel
