What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and maintain key contract data within Salesforce for various clients, ensuring accurate data management throughout the contract lifecycle
- Utilize research tools to identify client locations for implementation and account maintenance
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing and coordinating project activities independently
- Monitor and report on job-related tasks, highlighting deviations and potential risks to contract implementation
- Facilitate issue resolution related to account setup and collaborate with various internal stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or a related role
- Proficient in Excel, including basic formulas such as VLOOKUP and PivotTables
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous exposure to tools such as Power Query, Domo, or SmartSheets
- Knowledge of data analysis from databases like DOMO, Tableau, or SQL
- Experience with Salesforce, PitchBook, and Hoovers
- Familiarity with nested Excel formulas for data analysis and report creation
