      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the delivery of American Red Cross programs and services for military members and their families
      - Manage volunteers and support strong visibility for SAF/IS U.S. throughout the military community
      - Serve as the face of the Red Cross at assigned locations, building relationships with external constituents
      - Ensure the delivery of SAF core services and IS U.S. programs to all clients within their jurisdiction
      - Maintain deployment readiness and complete necessary training and clearance requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, human resources management, community organization, social or health sciences, or related field; or relevant equivalent experience
      - Minimum of three years related experience
      - Current, valid driver's license with a good driving record
      - Strong computer skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to balance multiple priorities and work well in individual or team environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with American Red Cross programs and services
      - Familiarity with military culture, regulations, and protocol
      - Previous volunteer management experience
      - Strong public speaking skills
