      The primary function of the SAF Program Manager is to manage the Global Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Program for Signature Aviation and its subsidiaries, including all associated carbon data requirements. This role will monitor the regulatory and incentive environments to ensure Signature Aviation has an ample supply of SAF to meet various carbon reduction schemes.

      Qualifications

      Minimum Education and/or Experience:

      • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
      • 5 years’ experience in sustainability within the aviation, fuel, sale/logistics industry or environmental government affairs

      Additional knowledge and skills:

      • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formula use
      • Ability to meet goals and deadlines in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
      • Excellent research, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
      • Ability to analyze and interpret industry journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
      • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or executive-level committees.
      • Travel up to 20%

      Responsibilities

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Manage global SAF supply for Signature Aviation and its subsidiaries and associated supply agreements for physical and Book and Claim inventories
      • Maintain supply agreements
      • Align with department leadership to develop and maintain SAF supply strategic 5-year plan
      • Monitor global regulatory and incentive programs related to SAF and adjust supply plan accordingly to meet customer demand
      • Develop SAF supply opportunities with new suppliers
      • Develop new lines of business for potential blending and logistical opportunities with SAF suppliers
      • Manage all SAF registry initiatives relating to Book and Claim and gallon carbon attributes to include: registry agreements, relationships, costs, data entry, documentation for carbon attributes, customer log-in/available information, inventory management in registry or registries
      • Coordinate inventory with Fuel Operations for physical delivery and movement to Book and Claim inventory
      • Determine SAF supply inventory available as well as sales to ensure the best feedstock/technology appropriate for each customer
      • Development of international Book and Claim system with Accounting and Commercial teams
      • Train all Signature teams adequately for proper handling of product and carbon attributes
      • Support and collaborate with global Fuel Planning and Fuel Operations programs
