      Job Summary

      The SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Product Manager will collaborate with teams from across the enterprise, including Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) leaders, system developers, analysts, scrum masters/team coaches, and Product Owners to manage and prioritize the Agile Release Train (ART) backlog, identify risks and dependencies, escalate impediments, and develop Epics and Features. They work closely with Business Owners to help set the priority of the development work for business and align on outcomes that deliver business value.

      Requirements

      EDUCATION

      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. In lieu of degree minimum five (5) years' experience will be considered.

      EXPERIENCE

      Minimum three (3) years of product management experience in the health insurance industry.

      Experience with regulatory compliance in the health insurance industry.

      Experience working with customers and development teams.

      Experience with qualitative and quantitative data and insights.

      Understanding of Agile methodologies, including SAFe, or Six Sigma, or working with teams in sprints and iterations is preferred.

      Bridges portfolio and strategy execution by aligning strategy to business objectives, establishes value models, creates, and communicates a compelling vision and manages flexible roadmaps, Continuously explores the context of the solution by gathering qualitative insights about the market and user preferences, incumbent must have a deep understanding of the business customers’ needs and research the market based on user requirements as not all users are the same, Leverages the Continuous Delivery pipeline to release value by collaborating throughout the value stream, ensures product completeness, enables operations, releases value on demand and meets business goals, Regularly and consistently engages directly with customers throughout the product life cycle and will be expected to adopt a customer-centric mindset, empathize with the customer, apply design thinking, and continuously involve the customer, Supports the flow of work in the ART by guiding feature creation, prioritizing features, accepting features, supporting the architectural runway, and participating in ART events
