What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a facilitator for Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Guide and coach teams in the adoption of Agile principles and practices
- Collaborate with product owners to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience working with IT teams in a Scrum Master role
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically the SAFe framework
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead teams and drive project initiatives
- Certification in Scrum Master or Agile methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with scaling Agile practices across multiple teams
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello
- Background in software development or IT project management
