What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate agile development teams and ensure adherence to Scrum Framework principles
- Lead teams through timeboxed iterations (sprints) and track progress via daily stand-up meetings
- Make informed decisions regarding work methods, often in ambiguous situations
- Understand and align with departmental and organizational strategies and objectives
- Follow established guidelines and procedures while providing minimal direction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Less than 5 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication skills and leadership competencies
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on enhancing consumer experiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior background in insurance operations
- Skills in technical documentation
- Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodologies
- Scrum Master certification
- Previous experience in planning and managing large projects within the health solutions industry
