      Repsol is hiring new college graduates into our rotational program for the E&P organization . This is an opportunity to obtain meaningful work experience and knowledge through a structured 6-month rotational program , prior to placement into a full-time position . The rotational program is designed to help participants develop strong functional/technical skills and business knowledge through challenging, hands-on assignments and expos ure to various business groups across Repsol. The program will require regional and/or international travel and is anticipated to begin June 3, 2024 .

      How it Works

      Participants will rotate in a cohort through three rotations during the program, consisting of technical Excellence Centers, digital areas, and asset/field time . At the conclusion of the 6-month rotation , you should have a good foundation of the E&P industry, as well as a global view of Repsol. Performance is evaluated following each rotation.

      Minimum Requirements

      • Eligible to work in the US without future sponsorship

      • Bachelor’s d egree or higher as of May 2024

      • 3.3 GPA or higher

      • No prior experience /new college graduate

      • Internship(s) and/or work experience during college preferred

      • Participation in community or student organizations is preferred

      • A broad range of interests, skill s and capabilities

      • Must have a valid US passport at the time of onboarding

      Salary: As an entry level role, the typical base pay range for this role in New York State is $60,000 - $80,000. Actual base pay will depend on various factors, including a review of the applicant's education, knowledge, skills, and technical ability.
