What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide onsite and virtual safety and risk management services to clients
- Conduct loss control surveys and develop tailored safety and risk prevention programs
- Evaluate client operations to determine workplace hazards and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with clients to enhance safety culture and compliance with regulations
- Manage scheduling and travel efficiently to maximize client servicing utilization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a loss control consultant or equivalent
- Valid safety designation (e.g., COSS, COHST, ARM, CRM, CSP, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to utilize the Internet for research
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active membership in the American Society of Safety Professionals or a similar organization
- Experience promoting data analytics and AI in risk prediction and mitigation
- Strong communication skills for high-level professional interactions
- Familiarity with conducting root cause analysis for risk mitigation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a client-oriented approach
