- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $282,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Summary
SPG group is looking for an exceptional engineer with multi-disciplinary product development experience with safety critical systems such as high voltage safety, battery safety, mechanical safety as well as experience in hazard and risk analysis and requirements development. You will work in a highly cross functional environment creating system requirements, identifying hazards and performing risk analyses and mitigations for safety issues early in the design/development process. You will collaborate closely with a variety of teams to ensure designs are implemented, verified, and validated according to system requirements and safety targets. You will also provide guidance to and create policy for the safe development, build and testing of new technologies.Key QualificationsDescriptionPreferred additional experience: Working with government agencies and policy makers Representing a company’s interests to various trade associations Description and Responsibilities: Create policy for the program to follow in the areas of your expertise Develop safety plans and requirements for systems, subsystems and component testing Develop safety arguments including testing methods and validation criteriaEducation & ExperienceDegree in engineering Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience.Additional RequirementsPay & BenefitsAbout the company
