Job Title: Safety Operations Startup Leader (OSL)
Job Description
The Safety Operations Startup Leader is responsible for the creation and implementation of policies and programs necessary to comply with Safety Programs. This role involves providing training and ensuring proper communication at all levels of the plant to achieve full preparation in the Safety and Health Programs and compliance with Federal, State, and Local Government regulations. The OSL works closely with the Factory Safety Manager and acts as a safety resource to all departments in the plant, including NPE for Factory expansion projects. This role requires collaborative work across organizational boundaries, building effective relationships, and driving to meet ambitious performance objectives and quality standards.

Work Environment
This role involves working in a manufacturing plant environment. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
