      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, monitor, and interpret content policies and procedures to align with organizational strategies
      - Oversee content moderation processes within the Critical Harms pod to prevent harmful content
      - Perform content moderation and enforcement actions while influencing scaled content moderation efforts
      - Manage BPO KPIs, providing insights to mitigate quality gaps with vendor and internal teams
      - Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and support projects, serving as a liaison for partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, law, or public policy, or equivalent experience
      - 5+ years of experience in the tech industry, specifically in enforcement or spam-related roles
      - Strong background in operational and/or support roles
      - Experience working with outsourcing teams or in scaled support environments
      - Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to evaluate issues objectively

      - Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining productivity
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven solutions confidently
