      Overview

      Safety, Training & Instructional Design Intern (Unpaid – 3-Month Term) Location: Jacksonville, FL

      We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to assist with projects in safety, employee training, and instructional design. This is a 3-month unpaid internship ideal for individuals interested in building a career in training, instructional development, safety compliance, or workplace education.

      Responsibilities

      What You’ll Do:

      • Assist in developing and revising safety and training content
      • Support instructional design efforts, including creating presentations, guides, and e-learning modules
      • Help maintain training documentation and employee compliance records
      • Contribute to the planning and coordination of training events
      • Use Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) to develop training resources and materials

      Qualifications

      What We’re Looking For:

      • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      • Interest in instructional design, workplace safety, or training and development
      • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
      • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

      Duration: Approximately 3 monthsCompensation: Unpaid (academic credit may be arranged if applicable)
