What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Strong understanding of IAM lifecycle and process architecture
- Gathering, analyzing, and managing system and user requirements from business users
- Collaborating with business and technical teams to clarify functional requirements
- Documenting detailed proposals, business requirements, process flows, use cases, and test scenarios
- Managing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and obtaining business approvals
- Coordinating multi-team enhancement or project deployments
- Ensuring project and enhancement requirements meet business customer expectations
- Addressing training needs for new or existing applications
- Creating complex workflows and diagrams to depict business and system processes
- Acting as a liaison between IT and the business to define stakeholder demands and deliver technology solutions
- Executing detailed project plans
- Understanding day-to-day execution of business processes and related IT tasks
- Familiarity with multiple software delivery life cycle methodologies
- Planning and conducting User Acceptance Testing processes
- Creating test scripts and user guides
- Managing daily incidents and resolving critical issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or related technical professions with Identity and Access Management field
- Strong understanding of IAM lifecycle and process architecture

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expertise in SailPoint and SSO applications, including knowledge of various modules for analysis and design
- Previous work experience in the Entertainment Industry
- PMP and/or CSM certification
- Proficiency in process flow mapping, data conversion, and interface design
- Strong process flow and diagramming skills (Visio application)
- Ability to facilitate business requirements and design review sessions with customers
