Job summary
Victoria Mill is a small but growing practice. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate salaried GP to join our team. The role is diverse and will involve a variety of appointment types. We aim to provide a good mix of face to face and telephone/video consults as well as home visits, making us as accessible as possible to the community we serve. The practice is overseen by our lead clinician, who has been here for over 5 years now and is extremely passionate about the work the practice does. All our GP's take a lead role in a different ailment, from Diabetes to COPD, allowing us to not only meet QOF targets but more importantly, ensure all our patients get the very best treatmnet.
Main duties of the job
Main responsibilities will include, but not be limited too;
Face to face, video, telephone and home visits with our patients. On call duties once per week. Clinical admin, shared with the other clinicians in on that day. Monthly clinical and safeguarding meetings. Taking a lead role in one or more of the QOF elements.
About us
Victoria Mill has a patient list size of just over 4100. We have a team of 5 administrator / receptionists and 6 clinical staff. We are a small but strong and efficient team, who rely very heavily on team work.
